This video is number TWO in a series of 16 or so on how film can support your charity fundraising. Today’s subject is how do we appeal to today’s charity supporters.


Basically it’s about tailoring, and about it being bespoke to them. So the more that you can understand about them and their motivation for giving in the first place, the more likely you will be able to elicit a second gift, because you can tailor your ask to what you know they already like and are responsive to. In a nutshell, the more bespoke and tailored to their interests you can be, the better they will respond.

They won’t give just because you ask, I suppose you could argue that it’s a generational thing, people want to have the impacted demonstrated back to them.
